Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To effectively undertake the pet sitting services requested and detailed in the Service Agreement.

We may share this information with Claire Stokoe and Lauren Norton in the event they are required to undertake tasks on behalf of Woofs, Meows & Squeaks

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, alarm and/or house codes for the duration of the Service Agreement in force at the time, in the likelihood of further service provision in the future or until you, the client request for it to be deleted.

Digital information is password protected and stored on a secure platform only accessed by the business owner, Julia Tantum.  Hard copies of documents containing your personal data will be disposed of by shredding using an appropriate shredding machine. 

In the event keys are kept by Woofs, Meows & Squeaks, they will be stored in a locked key cabinet.
